Voronezh Fakel considers accusations from the Ukrainian side in match-fixing to be absurd
[ad_1]
The sports director of the Voronezh “Fakel” Kirill Kotov reacted to the allegations of match-fixing by the representative of the Ukrainian Football Association, calling it all “complete nonsense, not amenable to comment.” He showed such emotions in an interview “RIA Novosti“.
Recall that earlier the chairman of the committee on ethics and fair play at the Ukrainian Football Association, Francesco Baranka, claimed that the Voronezh club is a participant in a significant number of match-fixing matches, since a footballer disqualified in Ukraine for participating in match-fixing allegedly plays for “flammable” matches.
It should be noted that at present, Dmitry Pyatibratov’s wards are holding the final training camp in Turkey, during which they beat the Kazakh club “Kaisar” with a score of 2:1 and lost to “Sochi” with a score of 2:4. In the first official match of the WORLD RPL after the winter break, Voronezh will host Khimki near Moscow on March 3.
