The leadership of FC Fakel from Voronezh sent an appeal to the head of the refereeing department of the Russian Football Union, Pavel Yuryevich Kamantsev.
The match of the 26th round of the WORLD of the Russian Premier League was to be judged by Vitaly Meshkov. But on the official resources of the RFU, information appeared that the judge would be replaced by Yevgeny Kukulyak “due to the recurrence of Vitaly Meshkov’s injury.”
