The rescue operation at the site of the terrorist attack in the Crocus City Hall near Moscow has been completed, the search is still ongoing, said Andrei Vorobyov, Governor of the Moscow Region. During the day, 133 bodies were pulled out from under the rubble, 107 people are in hospitals, the head of the region noted.
From messages Mr. Vorobyov’s Telegram channel indicates that search engines do not yet have access to the concert hall. “At night we will start creating an opening on the western side of the Crocus, this will make it easier to access the concert hall,” wrote the head of the region.
On the evening of March 22, before the start of the concert of the Picnic group, four men burst into Crocus, opened fire on the people inside, and then set the room on fire and disappeared. According to the Investigative Committee, 133 people were killed and more than 140 were injured. The suspects in the attack and seven more of their accomplices were detained on March 23.
