Tambov Mayor Maxim Kosenkov also called it inappropriate to hold New Year’s concerts in the city and announced about the refusal of all festive events.
The attack on Belgorod took place yesterday, December 30, with two missiles and rockets. 24 people were killed and 108 were injured. As a sign of solidarity with the residents of Belgorod, New Year’s programs also refused in Blagoveshchensk and Vladivostok, Voronezh region, Magadan and in the settlements of Kamchatka.
