Volodin supported the idea of placing burned NATO equipment near Western embassies

At a plenary meeting of the State Duma, a deputy from the Communist Party faction, Vladimir Isakov, proposed installing Western equipment that was broken in battles near the embassies of countries sending it to Ukraine.
