He voiced the idea of ​​prohibiting the payment of royalties for copyright and related rights to foreign agents who discredit the Russian army. There are allegedly “proposals” to introduce such a ban. He did not specify who exactly supports this measure.

“It is unacceptable to feed the scoundrels who are throwing mud at Russia by transferring money to them at the expense of our citizens,” Mr. Volodin wrote in Telegram.
