Russian ballerina Anastasia Volochkova avoided criminal charges for a photo with a half-split next to a Soviet La-5 fighter. About it reported Telegram channel SHOT.
According to the source, the ballerina could receive up to three years in prison under Article 345.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation for desecration of symbols of military glory. But after checking, the Ministry of Internal Affairs found no grounds to bring the ballerina to criminal liability.
Earlier, Anastasia Volochkova took a photo in which she threw her leg over a Soviet La-5 fighter. The ballerina’s followers did not like this attitude towards the military facility, and they filed a police report against the artist.
Volochkova herself did not admit her guilt and did not see any insult to the memory of the pilots in the photo. After the incident, the ballerina did not delete the photo.
As reported on the channel, the Investigative Committee and the Ministry of Internal Affairs did not bring the ballerina to justice, since during the inspection they did not find any corpus delicti. According to them, the fighter was used exclusively for filming films. Also, the object is not a monument to the Second World War.
