Volleyball players from Ivanovo “Textilshchik” continue to play in the regular championship of the Major League “B” for the 2023-2024 season. The team from Ivanovo made its debut at the professional level during the current regular season and immediately began to show excellent results, beating opponents who had previously played at the Major League “B” level. Based on the results of the calendar year 2023, Tekstilshchik settled in 3rd place in the standings, and in the first matches of the current year they lost to VC Obninsk twice in a row.
On January 25, VC “Textilshchik” starts in the home tour of the Major League “B” of the 2023-2024 season. For the second time in recent years, professional volleyball will visit Ivanovo, and its fans will be able to see Tekstilshchik’s matches against outsiders from the second half of the standings. In the first match of the round, the red-blacks will fight for victory against VK Apasny. At the moment, Apsny volleyball players occupy 9th place, having scored only 19 points based on the results of 22 matches played.
Let us remind you that the regular season match of the Major League “B” between “Textilshchik” and VK “Apsny” will take place on January 25. The meeting is scheduled to start at 19:00 Moscow time.
