Komsomolskaya Pravda war correspondent Alexander Kots reported that the fighters of the private military company (PMC) Wagner had left their field camps. Presumably, they are redeploying to Belarus.
“A long column is moving along the M-4 highway towards Moscow, accompanied by police. There are buses with Belarusian numbers in the convoy,” the military commander wrote in his Telegram channel. He stressed that there is no heavy equipment in the Wagner PMC convoy. When the redeployment of fighters of a private military company will be completed, it is not reported.
On June 23, Wagner PMC fighters, led by the company’s founder Yevgeny Prigozhin, began a large-scale “justice march” on Moscow. On June 24, through the mediation of Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko, they were persuaded to return to the field camps. After Russian President Vladimir Putin said that the PMC fighters have several options: go to Belarus with Yevgeny Prigozhin, sign contacts with the Russian Defense Ministry, or return to relatives and friends. At the Ministry of Defense of Belarus reportedthat the department will involve the fighters of the Wagner PMC in combat training with special forces.
