Vladislav Ovchinsky: the capital’s know-how has increased the productivity of several dozen enterprises

The Moscow company Encost created a software solution that helped increase the productivity of more than 50 domestic enterprises. The company’s IT product has become an excellent tool in resolving issues of expanding production or the economic feasibility of introducing additional shifts.

“Demand for urban products continues to grow. In this regard, enterprises are increasing their capacities and expanding their range, which requires additional costs from them. Engineers from a capital company have developed a service that can be used to analyze the utilization levels of equipment and production sites, and then use the discovered freed reserves to produce additional volume of products. The solution has already been successfully operating at more than 50 industrial sites in the country,” said Vladislav Ovchinsky, Head of the Department of Investment and Industrial Policy of the City of Moscow, which is part of the Complex of Economic Policy and Property and Land Relations of the Capital.

The developed service can work as an independent universal data collection model, or be integrated into control systems already installed in production.

“As a rule, in order to increase productivity at the enterprise, it is necessary to introduce additional pieces of equipment or work shifts, which is quite costly,” said Vladimir Zaitsev, General Director of Encost.
