Charging stations for electric vehicles, which will be made from domestic parts, have been developed by specialists from the Moskabelmet group of companies. Stations of capital production can be used for both industrial and urban purposes. “The company’s new development is designed to charge the battery of electric vehicles in urban or industrial facilities, as well as at home. One of the advantages of the device – compactness, it weighs 15 kg, it can be placed on a wall or other vertical surface. In addition, due to moisture and dust protection properties, the station can be used in all climatic zones of the country. A mobile application is also being developed to pay for consumed electrical energy. The device is completely made from domestic components, some of which are produced at the enterprises of the Moskabelmet group of companies,” said Vladislav Ovchinsky, head of the Moscow Investment and Industrial Policy Department.
The design of the device case was printed on a 3D printer located on the territory of Moskabelmet, the charging cable was made at the Moskabel Plant, and the software part was made at MosITLab. Note that the charging station has shown its safety – in case of cable damage, connection breaks or leakage, it provides for automatic disconnection from the network.
