The company, which is part of the Technopolis Moscow Special Economic Zone, supplied the city with over 900,000 packages of medicines under an offset contract. Details at SPIEF-2023 were announced by the head of the Moscow Department of Investment and Industrial Policy Vladislav Ovchinsky.
“From 2021, medical institutions in the city began to receive medicines under the contract. To date, more than 900 thousand packages of drugs have been shipped,” said Vladislav Ovchinsky. He recalled that in September 2020, the investor commissioned the first stage of the plant, and two years later – the second.
Alabushevo produces 40 drugs, 29 of which are supplied under an offset contract.
A pharmaceutical complex resident in a special economic zone is entitled to tax preferences. They allow you to direct funds for your own development.
Moscow was the first in Russia to start signing offset contracts with manufacturers and is the leader among other regions.
Offset contracts in the medical field provide the city with medicines, the production of which previously lay with foreign partners.
Since 2017, the city has signed 12 contracts for the supply of medicines and medical devices. The volume of investments exceeded billion rubles.
The Technopolis Moscow Special Economic Zone has been a leader in international and national industry ratings for many years.
