FSK Group of Companies has begun construction of the underground floors of the future business center. The object will soon appear in Khoroshevo-Mnevniki. The details of the construction were revealed by Vladislav Ovchinsky, head of the Moscow Investment and Industrial Policy Department.
“After the facility is put into operation in June 2025, almost 1.7 thousand jobs will be created here. The builders have already completed the pouring of the foundation slab and the erection of monolithic structures at the minus level of the third and second floors. Monolithic work has also begun at the level minus the first floor,” Vladislav Ovchinsky said, adding that the volume of investment in the project will reach 7.4 billion rubles.
The area of the center is over 70 thousand square meters. m. The building will have premises for shops, cafes and restaurants, and underground parking for 300 cars will be located.
“Construction is proceeding according to the schedule. The business center will be within walking distance from residential buildings, the embankment and the future metro station. This makes it possible to create a comfortable urban environment for residents of residential buildings and those who will work in the office center,” said Sergey Pshenichnikov, Commercial Real Estate Development Director of the company.
The capital’s program to stimulate the creation of places of application of labor contributes to the integrated development of the city. The developer is exempt from paying for changing the type of land plot where he builds residential buildings if he invests in the construction of an object that creates new jobs.
