More than 460 people attended online webinars on additive technologies in medicine. The cycle of classes was prepared by the Moscow Technical School and the Tsifra Tsifra Academy. The participants learned about the use of 3D technologies in medicine, their prospects and features of working with spatial printing.
“Additive technologies are actively used today in industrial production, design, medicine, construction and many other areas. At the same time, the industry does not stand still and is actively developing, new technologies and materials are emerging,” said Vladislav Ovchinsky, head of the Moscow Investment and Industrial Policy Department.
He added that for advanced training of capital engineers last year, the ITS opened the Additive Technologies direction and, together with HARZ Labs, free webinars on additive technologies were organized. Seeing the interest of the audience and taking into account the great demand for highly qualified specialists, the second cycle of webinars was launched in February. At them, experts shared their knowledge about the trends in the development of the industry in medicine.
According to Daria Orekhova, Director General of the Educational Center Academy of Additive Technologies Tsifra Tsifra, experts from various fields express great interest in additive technologies today: engineers, designers, architects, astronauts, doctors, software developers, teachers of universities and colleges.
