New polymer pipes for water disposal and water supply were presented at an enterprise located in Moscow. The company’s products can be used for the construction of engineering networks within the framework of federal projects.
“At the backdrop of growing interest in local products, industrial enterprises in the capital continue to expand their range and improve the presentation of their products. Participation in major industry events is one of the effective tools to increase the pool of customers and improve awareness of local producers,” said Vladislav Ovchinsky, head of the Moscow Investment and Industrial Policy Department.
The Head of the Department cited the POLYPLASTIC Group as an example. The company took part in the VII All-Russian Water Congress VODEXPO 2023, where it presented samples of polymer pipe products. Already known products and new technical solutions for the sphere of water supply, heating and sanitation, as well as trenchless rehabilitation of pipelines were demonstrated at the stand.
One of the novelties was pipes made of molecularly oriented non-plasticized polyvinyl chloride PVC-O. Pipes, which are designed to replace foreign analogues, have high impact and fatigue strength, are resistant to chemically aggressive substances and cuts. The products retain their characteristics at temperatures from -40˚С to +80˚С. Their service life exceeds 100 years.
