Vladislav Ovchinsky announced the completion of the II stage of the modernization of the Rostokinsky plant of reinforced concrete

The II stage of the modernization of the Rostokino plant of reinforced concrete products was completed by the installation of a new production line for the manufacture of floor slabs. It was equipped by the DSK1-Rostokino company, which is part of the FSK Group of Companies. Recall that the total investment in modernization amounted to about 3 billion rubles.

“At one of the largest house-building plants in Moscow, the second stage of production modernization has been completed. Specialists have completed the installation of modern equipment, which allowed to increase the area of ​​floor slabs produced,” said Vladislav Ovchinsky, Head of the Capital Investment and Industrial Policy Department.

Ovchinsky specified that the new line will make it possible to design premises of a larger area. It will be possible to produce about 60 products per day. And the growth potential is 20-30%. Completion of the second stage of modernization of the Rostokinsky plant will increase its capacity to 340 thousand square meters per year. At least 100 additional jobs will be created for the city.

According to the managing partner of the Group of Companies in the Moscow Region segment, Daromir Obukhanich, the positive effect for the plant was already visible after the first stage. Therefore, it was decided to expand the investment program for the renovation of the plant. Modernization makes it possible to switch to flexible production, to start building houses according to individual projects. Such technologies allow us to quickly produce a high-quality product that meets modern requirements.
