The capital-based manufacturer Beauty Byte, which specializes in the production of keto and low-carbohydrate products, plans to increase its capacity and range.
It should be noted that Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin reported earlier that food production in the city increased in the first quarter of the year. The largest increase was shown by meat, fish and confectionery products.
“Today, entrepreneurs and investors are increasingly opting for localization, including small sites, in Moscow, as the city provides industrial business with a number of development opportunities – proximity to large sales markets and modern infrastructure,” said the head of the Investment and industrial policy of Moscow Vladislav Ovchinsky.
As an example, Ovchinsky cited a Moscow company that, since the beginning of last fall, began producing low-carb products for keto nutrition. This year, the company has installed new equipment and will soon expand its production facilities to double the output and range of willows.
According to the founder of the company, Inna Bogdanova, this year the manufacturer introduced a line of vegan protein bars. Now there are plans to supplement the line with 8 new products in such categories as bars, chocolate paste, granola and chocolate. In addition, the company is working on launching a line of dietary supplements.
