The retail and office center Botanica, which is being built on Velhelma Pik Street in the north-east of Moscow, is scheduled for completion by the end of the first quarter of 2023. At the moment, the monolithic work of the building, which is being built under the program for stimulating places of application of labor, is 83% completed.
“The agreement on the construction of the Botanica retail and office center between the city and the developer was signed as part of a program to stimulate the creation of work places in 2020. Investments in the project will amount to almost 9.5 billion rubles,” said Vladislav Ovchinsky, head of the Moscow Investment and Industrial Policy Department.
He added that 4.5 thousand jobs will appear here, more than a thousand of them under the program. Now builders are working on the construction of monolithic structures of 14-15 floors, which is 83% of the total volume of work performed.
More than 330 people work at the construction site. Workers have already begun facade work on the retail section, as well as the finishing of technical premises and underground parking. Under the terms of the agreement, the facility must be put into operation no later than 2025.
Recall that the capital’s program to stimulate the creation of places of application of labor provides a comprehensive development of new areas. If the developer additionally invests in the construction of a facility that will create new jobs, and not just in residential buildings, then he receives tax preferences.
