Vladimir Efimov spoke about the agreement with Sberbank on the development of territories

An agreement on cooperation in the integrated development of territories between the Moscow government and Sberbank was signed as part of the Moscow Urban Forum 2023. Details were provided by Moscow Deputy Mayor Vladimir Yefimov.

Investors will provide Moscow with a bank guarantee, which will ensure the fulfillment of obligations and confirm the readiness to work with KRT.

“Today, investors and real estate owners attracted by the results of the auction are already implementing 16 projects for the integrated development of territories. The annual budgetary effect from the redevelopment of these sites is estimated at 21.5 billion rubles,” said Yefimov.

He specified that the agreement will create a bank guarantee standard for investors with whom the city enters into agreements on the development of territories. The agreement will increase the availability of credit resources and form the principles of comprehensive project support.

“We immediately joined the implementation of the program for the integrated development of Moscow territories and are now its largest financial partner. As part of this program, Sberbank has already approved two projects with a total funding volume of 37 billion rubles, and a number of large projects are in the approval stage,” said Vyacheslav Tsybulnikov, Vice President of Sberbank and Chairman of the Moscow Bank.

As part of the KRT, housing is being built on the site of former industrial zones and the necessary infrastructure is being formed. 188 KRT projects with an area of ​​2.45 thousand hectares are being implemented in Moscow.
