Volleyball players from Ivanovo “Textilshchik” continue to play in the regular championship of the Major League “B” for the 2023-2024 season. The team from Ivanovo made its professional debut during the 2023-2024 season and was immediately able to gain a foothold in the first half of the standings. At the moment, Tekstilshchik Ivanovo is in 3rd place in the standings, having scored 79 points in 38 matches played. In the standings, only representatives of Obninsk and Dagestan perform better than Tekstilshchik, and they can no longer be overtaken.
In the final round of the Major League “B”, the volleyball players of the Ivanovo “Textilshchik” will play away in Tyumen. The red-blacks will have to play with an opponent who no longer has tournament motivation and has lost their mathematical chances of getting into the Final Six. Tekstilshchik will close the regular championship program with matches against VC Tyumen-TyumGU, which currently occupies 9th place in the standings. In 36 matches, representatives of Tyumen were able to score only 32 points, and in the first round they lost both times to Tekstilshchik.
