The VK Play Cloud cloud gaming service has become available in the VK Play application on Android. Users will now be able to launch games using a remote gaming PC. The company claims that the service will work on almost any Android smartphone.
To access the new feature, you need to update the application, after which a new section “Play in the cloud” will appear. There, the user will be able to go to the catalog and select the game he is interested in or the “virtual computer” mode. For control, it will be possible to use both a virtual gamepad and a bluetooth gamepad connected to a smartphone.
With the help of the “virtual desktop” mode, users will have access to computers with 16 GB of RAM and 8+ GB of video memory. The mode is available when using the service with an hourly payment, as well as in the Premium (3.6 thousand rubles per month) and Comfort (2 thousand rubles per month) subscriptions. There are now about 400 games in the VK Play Cloud catalog, including the popular Genshin Impact. The service also works on Windows and macOS computers, Android 7.0 devices and Android TV.
