VK bought out the educational platform “Uchi.ru” for 8.7 billion rubles

VK became the sole owner of the educational platform for schoolchildren “Uchi.ru”having redeemed the remaining 75% for 8.7 billion rubles, reported company press office.

“VK has consolidated the largest online platform for schoolchildren, Uchi.ru, by purchasing the remaining 75% stake. The deal amounted to 8.7 billion rubles. The transaction will strengthen the position of VK in the segment of additional school education,” follows from a press release from VK.
