VK approved re-registration from the British Virgin Islands to Russia

Shareholders and the board of directors of VK decided to redomiciliate (re-register a legal entity) from the British Virgin Islands to Russia. This was said in a statement.
It is noted that VK will continue its activities in Russia as an international company of a public joint stock company in accordance with Russian law.
The company also decided to delist depositary receipts from the London Stock Exchange. It will be discontinued on September 12th. In addition, the company announced its initial listing on the Moscow Exchange.
