Muscovites will be treated to “African warmth” next week. The temperature will reach 10-12 degrees Celsius. Roman Vilfand, scientific director of the Hydrometeorological Center of Russia, spoke about this.
According to forecasters, on Monday the thermometer will record 5-10 degrees above zero. Tuesday temperatures will not exceed 3-8 degrees Celsius. On Wednesday afternoon the weather is expected to be warm – +8-12 degrees.
Roman Vilfand noted that there will be no temperature records, but the weather is approaching them.
Vilfand argues that this excess of the climate norm by about 5 degrees is comparable to the first five days of October and is related to the temperature background.
