Scientific director of the Hydrometeorological Center of Russia Roman Vilfand said that a cyclone is approaching the capital of Russia, which will bring snowstorms with winds up to 17 m/s. Also on January 30, Moscow will experience unusually low atmospheric pressure.
The meteorologist associated such changes with a change in circulation. The weather in the center of the European part of Russia will thus begin to be controlled by a cyclone. “The clouds will be low, gloomy,” Vilfand said. “The nature of the weather will change.”
