Vice Mayor Yefimov: unfinished buildings in the north of Moscow will receive comprehensive development

Land plots in Golovinsky, Levoberezhny, Dmitrovsky and Timiryazevsky districts will receive comprehensive development. The objects of construction in progress located on them are also subject to reorganization.
“There are abandoned unfinished buildings with a total area of 21.5 thousand square meters on 4 sites of former industrial zones and inefficiently used territories in the SAO. In the course of comprehensive development, residential buildings, production facilities and infrastructure facilities with a total area of 2.4 million square meters will be erected there. This will give the city over 23,000 new jobs,” said Vladimir Yefimov, Deputy Moscow Mayor for Economic Policy and Property and Land Relations.
Investments in the reorganization will amount to about 238 billion rubles, and the annual budgetary effect from the implementation is estimated at more than 9 billion rubles.
“Now on the inefficiently used territory in Dmitrovsky passage there is an unfinished parking garage, and in the Levoberezhny district there is an administrative and industrial complex, put on the cadastral register as an ownerless object. On the sites of the former Avtomotornaya and Korovino industrial zones, there is an unfinished mechanized warehouse and an unfinished production of shungite chips abandoned for 10 years,” said Maxim Gaman, head of the DGI.
Reorganization projects are at different stages. For example, agreements with developers have already been concluded for the site of the former Korovino industrial zone and for the territory at 1G Dmitrovskiy proezd.
