Vice Mayor Yefimov: the first kindergarten under the program to stimulate job creation was built in the capital

A new kindergarten appeared in the Ryazanovskoye settlement. It was built under the program to stimulate the creation of places of application of labor (MPT).
“This year, we signed an agreement with a developer to build a kindergarten and a school in the Ryazanovsky settlement as part of the city’s program to stimulate the creation of MPTs. At the moment, the developer has completed the construction of the first object and received a conclusion on its compliance with the established requirements. After the issuance of permission to put the building into operation, the kindergarten will be transferred to the city. The institution is designed for 275 pupils,” said Vladimir Yefimov, Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Economic Policy and Property and Land Relations.
Both facilities: a kindergarten (3.7 thousand square meters) and a school (16.9 thousand square meters) will be part of the Alkhimovo Residential Complex. They will create 178 jobs, 50 of them in kindergarten. The garden has separate dining rooms, bedrooms and playrooms for each group, and playgrounds on the territory.
According to Vladislav Ovchinsky, head of the Moscow Investment and Industrial Policy Department, as part of the program, investors are striving to comprehensively develop the city’s territories. In the coming years, 40 educational facilities will appear in different districts of Moscow. Investments in the implementation of projects will exceed 39 billion rubles. After putting the facilities into operation, more than 3.2 thousand people will be able to work there.
