For the first quarter of this year, the DGI received about 419,000 applications for services in the property, land and housing sectors. The vast majority of requests (over 96%) were received online using the mos.ru portal.

“Using the mos.ru portal, Muscovites and business representatives can get information about financial and personal accounts, find out the status of an agreement with the DGI, order various documents, and much more. In total, about 40 services are available,” said Vladimir Yefimov, Deputy Moscow Mayor for Economic Policy and Property and Land Relations.

The Vice Mayor added that in the first quarter of this year, more than 401,900 e-services were used, which is over 96% of the total number of requests received in the property and land sector.

According to Maxim Gaman, the head of the DGI, the most popular service among Muscovites helps in reconciling financial and personal accounts; in the first quarter of the year, it was used 327,000 times. Nearly 18,000 citizens received information through the “Providing Information on the Order of Citizens Registered with Housing”. And the most popular public service – ordering certificates of housing rights, registered before 1998, was used over 7.3 thousand times.
