The new service has become available on the portal mos.ru. With its help, Muscovites will be able to apply for the purchase of premises that were provided by the city under various types of contracts.
“Citizens occupying city premises under various types of contracts have the right to buy out this housing. In 2022, 270 families took advantage of this opportunity,” said Deputy Moscow Mayor for Economic Policy and Property and Land Relations Vladimir Yefimov.
He added that in the past, this required several face-to-face visits to the one-stop shop. Now, after transferring the service to electronic form, you can apply and upload documents online on the portal mos.ru at any convenient time. In paper form, you only need to conclude an agreement. And in the future it will be possible to sign it in electronic format.
According to the head of the DGI Maxim Gaman, the city provided more than 3.4 thousand residential premises under various agreements. The purchase price is determined by the DGI according to a formula approved by the Moscow Government. The price depends on the location of the house, year of construction, type and area of the apartment. As a rule, this price is much lower than the market price.
As a reminder, the city provides 28 public services, as well as about 20 different services in the property, land and housing sectors, almost all of which are available online on the portal mos.ru.
