Vice Mayor Efimov: Citizens bought and rented 46 land plots from the capital

For 8 months of this year, the city sold 46 land plots. Their total area is 6.52 hectares. They are intended for individual housing construction.

“From January to August, the townspeople purchased 32 land plots from the city, rented 14 more. Buildings with a height of no more than 15 meters with a total area of ​​about 26.9 thousand square meters can be placed on these territories,” said Deputy Moscow Mayor for Economic Policy and Property and Land Relations Vladimir Yefimov.

You can get land for individual housing construction through a competitive procedure and without bidding. The number of such sites changes regularly, new ones are added. Now there are 152 objects on the list, 99 of them have been implemented. To apply for a plot, you need to submit an application to the DGI. If no other applications are received within 30 days, a contract of sale without bidding is drawn up. Otherwise, an auction is held. The initial price of the lot is set equal to its cadastral value. Citizens can also rent plots for individual housing construction at special auctions.

“Most of all plots this year were sold in the settlement of Voronovsky – 9, in the settlement of Kyiv – 8, in Rogovsky, Shchapovsky and the Kosino-Ukhtomsky district – 7 each, in the settlement of Novofedorovsky – 5, Pervomaisky – 4, in Mikhailovo-Yartsevsky – 3 , in Klenovsky, Shelomov, Krasnopakhorsky and the South Butovo district – two each, in Vnukovo and Kurkino – one each, ”said Maxim Gaman, head of the DGI.
