“The site of the former Graivoronovo industrial zone, located along Okskaya Street, has an area of more than 22 hectares. As part of the complex development of the territory, a new quarter with modern housing, educational facilities, offices, a logistics center, trade and service enterprises will appear on the site of warehouses, parking lots and car services. The volume of investments in the project is estimated at about 38 billion rubles, and the annual budgetary effect for the capital will be more than 1.1 billion rubles,” said Deputy Moscow Mayor for Economic Policy and Property and Land Relations Vladimir Yefimov.
