“Since the beginning of the year, city auctions have been held on 131 land plots with a total area of more than 38 hectares. 52 lots were sold, 52 were leased, another 27 were sold the rights to build a non-capital object. Most of the plots – 73 objects – were allocated for the construction of private houses. At the same time, the largest number of applications was for the lease of such lands – on average, 10 participants applied for a lot. And the most demanded was the plot of 655 square meters in the 1st Kraskovsky proezd: 18 participants competed for it. 31 plots were sold for the construction of capital commercial facilities. Most of all land plots were in TiNAO – auctions for 78 objects were held here. Then follow VAO and ZelAO – 14 and 10 lots respectively.
