The lawyer for the director’s family spoke about further actions

The widow of the creator of the legendary Yeralash, Ekaterina Belotserkovskaya, is not in the most joyful mood today. It became known that the Meshchansky Court of Moscow partially satisfied the claim of Yeralash LLC against his widow Ekaterina Belotserkovskaya, who also acted in the interests of his minor children. Thus, now she must pay an amount of 1 million 800 thousand. – a penalty that accrued over a certain period.

The fact is that back in 2021, a certain “friend” of Grachevsky and the general director of “Yeralash” Arkady Grigoryan presented papers stating that Boris Grachevsky borrowed from two companies – LLC “Yeralash” and LLC “Production Center “Yeralash” – over 18 million rubles and did not have time to return them. After the death of the director, this debt was distributed among his heirs: widow Ekaterina Belotserkovskaya, adult daughter Ksenia and two minor children. Moreover, it turned out that for using the money they all owed more money, and quite a lot: 7 percent per annum, more than in the bank. Of course, information about such debts came as a surprise to Belotserkovskaya, to put it mildly. If almost 20 million suddenly appeared in the family, they would, according to Katya, definitely go towards buying, for example, real estate; this fact would not pass without a trace. But apart from the apartment and country house that were purchased before, Boris Yuryevich did not acquire or leave any real estate. They tried to dispute the debts, but so far the situation is moving very slowly. Accordingly, interest on the use of money has been accruing all these years and has accumulated to the point that now Katya does not know what to do or where to get such amounts.

Belotserkovskaya’s lawyer told MK what happened in court today.

“Today we were collecting on claims – contracts for a penalty. Yeralash LLC asked for 10 million – 1 percent of the debt amount for each day of delay. The court partially satisfied the amount of 1 million 800 thousand. LLC Producer Center Yeralash asked for an amount of about a million rubles, but their claim was denied. We will file an appeal with the Moscow City Court on the first claim of Yeralash LLC. We will wait for the text of the court decision, and depending on what is written, we will decide to appeal or not,” a representative of the director’s family commented on the situation.

As for Belotserkovskaya herself, she is in a somewhat depressed state. The girl refused to comment today, as she does not want to talk about this topic. She has no moral strength, because over all these three years she has been “very tired” of all this.

By the way, according to the latest information, it will be extremely difficult for Catherine to repay the entire debt: the amount of property belonging to Belotserkovskaya may not cover the entire debt along with accrued interest.
