The wife of the head coach of Rostov and the Russian national football team Valery Karpin, Daria Karpina, said that in the summer she and her family will move to Estonia. She plans to leave Rostov-on-Don with her children, but without her husband, the wife of a former Russian football player wrote.
She noted that the family had always lived in Estonia, but some time ago they were forced to move to the south of Russia in connection with the work of Valery Karpin.
“The girls have grown up, we need to get ready for school. Plus, Anita has been living in Estonia for a year without us, so we’re going back,” wrote Daria Karpina.
However, according to her, they will not move to Narva, where they are natives, but to Tallinn. According to Karpina, it is easier for children to learn the language there.
Valery and Daria Karpin have been married since 2017. They have two children together. The coach headed Rostov in 2017, but in 2021 the team management announced his resignation. In March 2022, Karpin was again appointed head coach of Rostov – his contract runs until the summer of 2026.
The agreement with the Russian national football team is valid until August 2024.
