Unified world heavyweight boxing champion Oleksandr Usyk came to a press conference ahead of his rematch with British Anthony Joshua in national costume. After the duel of views, the Ukrainian also sang the song “Chervona Kalina”.
The second fight between Alexander Usik and Anthony Joshua will take place on August 20 in the city of Jeddah in Saudi Arabia. The World Boxing Association (WBA Super), World Boxing Organization (WBO), International Boxing Federation (IBF) and International Boxing Organization (IBO) world titles are at stake. As well as the vacant world title according to The Ring magazine.
Boxers will equally share the fee fund of $ 80 million. Before the fight, Usyk bought the broadcast for a free show in Ukraine.
The first fight between the rivals took place in September 2021 in London. The Ukrainian won by unanimous decision.
