Aide to the President of the Russian Federation Yuri Ushakov said that the second part of the Istanbul grain deal, which refers to the removal of restrictions on Russian fertilizers and food, is not being implemented.
“So far, the second part of this deal has not been fulfilled at all,” Ushakov said.
According to him, the Russian side constantly reminds of its proposal, which concerns 300,000 tons of fertilizers located in European ports. Ushakov said that “we offer to distribute these fertilizers free of charge among the poorest countries,” but so far no one can take away this product.
