Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia Alexander Bastrykin instructed to open a criminal case after Ukrainian troops fired at a residential building in Belgorod. This was reported in the press service of the department.
“Chairman of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation Alexander Ivanovich Bastrykin instructed to initiate a criminal case in connection with the shelling of the settlements of the Belgorod region by the Armed Forces of Ukraine. As a result, destruction was caused to a residential apartment building, ”wrote in the Telegram channel of the Russian Investigative Committee.
In addition, it is reported that the exploding shell was found on the sports ground of the local lyceum.
A multi-storey building in Belgorod was damaged after the fall of fragments of a downed MLRS rocket.
