Users complain about the unavailability of Atomic Heart in the VK Play store

Users of the Russian digital video game store VK Play in comments on VKontakte, they complain about problems with access to the game Atomic Heart, which was released on February 21. Atomic Heart is a shooter from the Russian studio Mundfish, which in Russia can be officially purchased on PC only in the VK Play service.

Among the problems that users indicate are low or no download speed of the distribution kit with the game, problems with authorization and the appearance of the product in the VK Play library. In VK Play itself, they say that “at the moment the service is experiencing an increased load, the problem will be solved soon.”

In September 2022 Studio Mundfish statedthat the first-person shooter Atomic Heart being developed by her will be released in Russia and other CIS countries exclusively on the VK Play site. Initially, it was assumed that the version of the game for computers would be distributed in the Steam store, but due to the military operation in Ukraine, the work of the site in Russia was disrupted.
