US Central Command (CENTCOM) has confirmed that the US vessel Chem Ranger was attacked by Houthi missiles in the Gulf of Aden.
According to a message published on CENTCOM’s social media page X (formerly Twitter), the incident occurred on January 18 when the Houthis launched two anti-ship ballistic missiles at the ship.
There is currently no information about possible damage or casualties.
