US lifts sanctions on IBS Group founder Karachinsky

The US Department of the Treasury has lifted sanctions from the founder of IBS Group Anatoly Karachinsky, follows from the SDN list published on the website of the US Department of the Treasury.
Karachinsky came under US sanctions as a member of the board of directors of Otkritie Bank, which is also under sanctions. They were introduced for bypassing or helping to circumvent anti-Russian sanctions.
The US also added a businessman, co-owner of the Mercury group of companies (owns the Red and White and Bristol stores), Igor Kesaev, to the so-called “black list”.
According to OFAC (Office for Foreign Assets Control), some organizations were included in the SDN list due to connection with Kesaev. Among them are Family Office LLC, FO-Management LLC, IK-Management LLC, Ixora LLC, Mercury Services LLC, Trust Kong LLC.
