US Congress declares support for Israel

The Iranian attack on Israel caused a unanimous reaction from representatives of Democrats and Republicans in the US Congress. Both parties expressed support for their democratic ally and called for immediate accountability for Tehran’s aggression.

Republican Sen. Marsha Blackburn of Tennessee also called for retaliatory strikes against Iran.
