US Air Force Secretary Frank Kendall, during his speech at a congressional hearing, expressed disappointment with the results of tests of a promising American air-launched hypersonic missile.
“The tests were not successful. We did not receive the data we needed,” the minister admitted.
Recall, on March 13, the United States conducted a test launch from a B-52H strategic bomber of a hypersonic cruise missile with a solid-propellant booster and an AGM-183 ARRW guided warhead.
