Three new companies of shock drones appeared in Ukraine

Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine Mykhailo Fedorov announced the launch of three new companies with unmanned aerial vehicles produced in the country at the expense of private investors.

“The Armed Forces of Ukraine continue to actively transform, gaining unique experience during the most technologically advanced war in history. Earlier, together with the General Staff, the creation of the world’s first shock companies with unmanned aerial vehicles was announced. The new strategy for the management, training and use of drones will allow the Ukrainian army to gain a significant advantage in military operations,” Fedorov wrote.

The minister said that pickup trucks, impact copters and the Starlink communication system were handed over to the military. All drones were produced in Ukraine. The equipment for the strike companies was purchased by private donors, he added.

According to him, these unmanned aerial vehicles will carry out reconnaissance and strike missions, as well as help guide artillery. Pickup trucks will be used for raids by mobile groups, and Starlink will ensure uninterrupted communications on the battlefield, the minister stressed.
