In St. Petersburg, they plan to test the delivery of goods by flying drones. The Ministry of Economic Development approved the proposal of the Fly Dron IT company and a number of drone manufacturers to establish an appropriate experimental legal regime (EPR) in the city. This follows from the draft government decree, which is at the disposal of Vedomosti. Its authenticity was confirmed by a representative of the Ministry of Economic Development.
At the moment, the document is at the stage of coordination with the Ministry of Transport, ANO Tsifrovaya ekonomika, the government of St. Petersburg, the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Federal Air Transport Agency, Rostransnadzor and the FSB, the representative of the Ministry of Economic Development specified. According to him, the establishment of an EPR is planned for the second quarter of 2023. The EPR is valid for three years, follows from the document.
