“United Russia” offered free social services for combat invalids

United Russia has submitted a bill to the State Duma that provides for free social services for combat invalids, including participants in a military special operation in Ukraine. This is reported in Telegram channel parties.
Secretary of the General Council of the party Andrei Turchak explains that we are talking about the dissemination of the initiative at the federal level. In Moscow, Tatarstan, Leningrad, Belgorod regions and some other regions, social workers come to the invalids of military operations and veterans free of charge. In most subjects of the Russian Federation, veterans have to pay for such services. The bill will make these regional practices a federal rule.
Now free social services in Russia are provided for minor children, persons affected by emergencies and armed conflicts, and persons with incomes below the subsistence level.
