United Russia agreed to decriminalize and reduce the bureaucratic burden on doctors

Secretary of the General Council of United Russia Andrey Turchak said that United Russia had agreed with the Ministry of Health on a gradual reduction in the bureaucratic burden on doctors. Work is also underway to decriminalize medical practice.
“Doctors should not be afraid to treat people. As well as 167 forms (real figure) of reports, certificates, statements, etc. should not be filled out. and so on. Yes, and draw them up twice – in paper and electronic form. We agreed with the Ministry of Health that we will remove such duplication and gradually abandon outdated and redundant documents,” Mr. Turchak wrote in his Telegram.
According to him, United Russia is also working to ensure that from under Art. 238 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (the provision of services that do not meet safety requirements) withdrew the provision of medical care. “The tasks that we set together are primarily related to increasing the prestige of the profession, removing medical care from the law on consumer protection. And here we are talking about Article 238 of the Criminal Code,” Andriy Turchak added.
