Ukrainians pissed off Russian tennis player Andrei Rublev at the Australian Open Grand Slam tennis tournament in Melbourne.

During the Russian match against Emil Ruusuvuori from Finland, the fans in the stands hung the flag of Ukraine and shouted something at the Russian.

Rublev complained about this to the referee of the match. After that, the referee asked if the flag was interfering with him, to which he replied that there were no problems with the flag, but unpleasant words were spoken to him.

Also in this match, the Russian tennis player was fined for obscene language. Rublev in this duel eventually defeated the Finnish tennis player.

Russian tennis players are prohibited from using the symbols of the Russian Federation at Grand Slam tournaments.
