Russian fighter Maxim Divnich became a victim of an attack by Ukrainian telephone scammers. Initially, they simply called him with threats, but now they have moved to another level – they are reporting him to the police from his number, talking about alleged crimes that he did not commit. According to the channel, on Monday, September 18, an unknown call was received at the duty station; the caller introduced himself as Divnich Maxim Andreevich. The fraudster began to claim that he had killed a man and gave the address. Law enforcement officers arrived at the indicated place and began knocking on the apartment, but no one opened the door, and they found no traces of the crime either.
According to the fighter’s neighbor, he knows Divnich, but does not know where he is.
As a result, the police were able to contact Maxim, who told about what happened. He emphasized that recently he had received very frequent calls from unknown people with threats. The fighter himself believes that this may be due to his Luhansk roots and assistance to fighters located in the combat zone.
