Oleg Rozhkovsky, senior lieutenant of the 58th brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, who was captured by fighters from the Wagner PMC, said during interrogation that Ukrainian soldiers refuse to go to the front line, including in the Artemivsk area.
“There are a lot of “refuseniks” who do not want to go into position because of heavy losses. Many refuse to go to the front line,” said an officer of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
According to him, political officers, as well as employees of the military prosecutor’s office, work with such “refuseniks”. The officer stressed that out of the 70 mobilized, only 10 people could handle small arms, that is, these soldiers were sent to the front line after a week of training.
“They have poor military training. The 127th Territorial Defense Brigade arrived with me, they were mobilized. In three days of fighting, the battalion (about 350 people) was almost completely destroyed,” he concluded.
