Employees of territorial acquisition centers (TCCs) will not be able to serve subpoenas in gyms and restaurants if their owners object. This statement was made by the head of the public relations service of the command of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Vladimir Fityo, local media write.
He clarified that if the owners of such establishments do not object, representatives of the military registration and enlistment offices will be able to “carry out measures to notify citizens who may be subject to mobilization.”
Fityo also said that raids on public places and issuing summonses at checkpoints will end as soon as the electronic registry of those liable for military service “Obereg” is synchronized with other government bases.
As for summonses that were not delivered personally, but placed in a mailbox, then, according to the head of the public relations service of the command of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, they can be ignored.
Previously, Ukrainian media wrote that TCC employees conducted raids in sports and gyms in the Transcarpathian, Dnepropetrovsk and Uzhgorod regions, where visitors were given summonses.
